These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between baji lab ("Site", "we", "our") and any registered or unregistered user of this site ("you", "member"). These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or legal question, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through discussion.

2.1 Registration

If a minor opens an account by providing false information, all funds in that account may be forfeited and the account will be closed.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on baji lab can currently be made through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Payment Verification

For large withdrawal amounts or for security purposes, additional identity verification may be required. Members must transact only from payment accounts registered in their own name. Using a third party's account may result in the transaction being cancelled.

baji lab offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to members. These offers are subject to specific conditions. New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000, with a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.

For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the promotion rules state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all related accounts being closed.
• baji lab reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses are not given in exchange for money and are not convertible to cash unless the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback at a set rate on their weekly net losses. For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

Before placing bets on baji lab, members should carefully read the relevant game rules and betting terms. Betting decisions are entirely the member's own and baji lab does not guarantee any betting outcome.

6.1 Bet Cancellation and Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or the result remains undecided, the stake for that bet will be returned to the member's account.

6.2 Incorrect Odds and Technical Errors

baji lab reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a system error or technical fault. Intentionally exploiting incorrect odds will be treated as a prohibited activity.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. If odds change before a bet is finally confirmed, the bet may be processed at the updated odds.

baji lab believes that betting and casino gaming are entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage members to play responsibly. It is wise not to spend beyond your means and not to place more bets trying to recover losses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji lab:

• Using software, bots or automated methods to place bets.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account or attempting to hack.
• Any activity harmful to the security of the platform.
• Using the site as a minor by providing false information.

Involvement in any of these prohibited activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

baji lab reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time without giving a reason, particularly if there is evidence of a breach of the terms.

A member may also voluntarily request to close their account. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any remaining valid balance before closure. After the account is closed, the data may be retained for a specified period for security purposes.

baji lab will not be liable for any loss suffered by a member due to technical errors, server downtime, internet connection issues or failure of third-party services. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.
